AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BGARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
VARIOUS AND SUNDRY APPARATUS AND PARTS FOR 1,1AINTENAINICE
OF EWIPI'ZENT OF THE FIRE DEPARTP,IENT IN THE SUM OF FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS (8500.00).
BE IT OrLDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTIOV 1. The Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for and purchase various and sundry apparatus and parts
for maintenance of equipment of the Fire Department in
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), upon recommen-
dations of the Chief of the Fire Department.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
