B3 IT CRD:J, M by the City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section I. That Lot, Seven (7). Block Four (4) , Pettif er's Addition to
the City of Little Rocky Arkansas, being 520 East 27th Street in said Little
Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance #5420 and amendments thereto, be and is hereby
rezoned and reclassified, and the same is declared to be in "I," Corx:ierciel
District, and the regairement s for yard s--pace are hereby waived under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, so as to permit enlarging a ncn- conforming store
building on said lot and use of sane as a cafe and grocery store.
Section II. That Ordinance #5420, with its amendments thereto, and the
zoning ,niap thereto attached and made a part thereof, be anc are hereby ar- :ended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot Seven (7), Block Four
(4), Pettifer's idditicn to the City of Little Rock, rrkansas, as outlined in
Section I hereof, said property to be hereafter known ar:d classified as being
in the "F' Co=,ercial District.
Section III. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
