that an improvement district be established for the purpose
hereinafter set out; and
MUMAS, after due notice as required by law,'the
City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all
the parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said
petition was signed by more than two - thirds in assessed value of
the owners of real property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rack, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas:
South -one -half of Lot "B", Block 400;
South one -half of Lots -8 to 14, inclusive, Block 400;
Lot 2, Block 401;
Lots 1 and B, Block 402;
All of Block 403;
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 404;
Lot "A" _Block 404;
All in Lincoln and Zimmerman Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arlmnsas,
Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block 401;
- Lots 4, 8 9 and 10, Block 402;
411 in Dabalve Addition to the
City of- Little ]Rock, Arkansas;
for the purpose of building a sanitary sewer system to serve said
property,' with an outlet beyond the boundaries'of the district it
deemed advisable, in such a manner and with such materials as the
commissioners shall deem to be for the best interest of said.
district, and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received
from any agency of the federal or city government, be assessed and
charged upon the real property above described, provided the liabil-
ity of each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its assessed
benefits.

Said District shall be known as sewer Improvement
District No. l20 , and W. T. HALL, SAM STEWART, and FRANK
WALTON are hereby named oommissioners, who shall compose the
Board of Improvement for said District.
Section 29 This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its PROM
