AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE ITEMS FOR
VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized to -take
bids and purchase the following items for various departments:
Meat for animals at zoo for three months
,4.d for animals . at zo.o for three months
Supplies for Jail for three months
Meat for Jail for three months
lumber for Street Department, approximately 20,000 feet
Cement " 300 bags
Concrete n 350 tons
Fuel Oil " 12,000 gallons
E- Rock " 200 tons
Sand " 300 tons
Pea Gravel " 75 tons

Screenings 1000 tons

1500-'Arrest notice books for Traffic Dept., not to exceed $220.25
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and afters its passage and approval.
