AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING Lots Nos. 5, 11 and 12, Block 4,
McCarthy's Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, except North 5 Feet
of said Lots 5 and 12, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Nos, 5, 11 and 12, Block 4, McCarthy's
Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, except North 5 Feet of said Lots
5 and 12, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" ,,Rg�,,e��sidence District
under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No, 5420 a mereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same #A& eby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District, under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots Nos, 5, 11 and 12, Block 4,
McCarthy's Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, except North 5 Feet
of said Lots 5 and 12, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
