AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK ONE (1), OF
ROBINSON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS ATTENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Twelve (12), Block One (1), of
Robinson's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
No. 3223 Main Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420
as amended, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot Twelve
(12), Block One (1), Robinson's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
