NO. 5876(A) ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DE-
CLARII`1G THE PRACTICE OF CERTAIP. F OFE'SSIONS
IN TH._; CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE A PRIVI-
LEGE; DEFINI X- PROFESSIONS AND FIXING AN
AN "UAL PRIVILEGE TAX."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No.
5876(A) is hereby amended to read as follows:
From and after the passage, approval, and pub-
lication of this ordinance the business of practicing;
certain professions, hereinal ter defined, Vithin the City
of Little Rock is declared ,o be a privilege, and all
professional men engaged in such professions shall pay an
annual privilege tax in the sun of Twenty -Five Dollars
025.00). Said privilege tax shall be collected by the
City Collector.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
