AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 112
BLOCK 9, MARSHALL & WOLFE ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 5420; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 11, Block 9, Marshall & Wolfe
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 904
Battery Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - family
District under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance, No. 5420,
is hereby reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
n "D" Apartment District, so as to permit the construction
of a four unit apartment building on the above described
premises.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420, and the zoning map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot 11,
Block 9, Marshall & Wolfe Addition to the City of Little
Rock, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
