AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TWENTY- THREE(23), BLOCK
TWO(2)9 RIFFEL AND RHOTOW S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Twenty- three(23), Block Two(2),
Ridgeland
Riffel and Rhoton'sAAddition to the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, being No. 415 North Elm Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Yap thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said
Lot Twenty- three(23), Block Two(2), Riffel and Rhoton's Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the 9D 11 Apartment
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
