AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH 59 FEET OF THE WEST 100 FEET
OF LOTS 12 2 and 3, BLOCS 13, MARSHAL AND WOLFE'S ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the South Fifty -nine (59) feet of the
West One Hundred (100) feet of Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three
(3), Block Thirteen (13), Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, at 1011 Battery Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - family and "D" Apartment
Districts, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of the said Zoning
Ordinance and yard space requirements are hereby waived, provided
buildings are set back 15 feet from front property line.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the South 59 feet of
the West 100 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 13, Marshall and Wolfe's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "F" Commercial District with yard space requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
