AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 17 & 18, BLOCK 21 ROBINSON tS
ADDITION TO THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 5420 AS AMENDED., AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That Lots 17 and 18, Block 2, Robinson's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified
and zoned as NBN Residence District under the terms of zoning
ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map thereto attached and made a
part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of the said Lots 17 and 19, Block 2, Robinson's Addition
to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof: said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirement
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
