AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 51 BLOCK 1, PETTIFER'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 5, Block 1, Pettifer's Addition to
the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being 301 E. Roosevelt Road,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" residence district, under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 5, Block 1, Pettifer's
Addition to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "F" Commercial District.
