AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SEVEN (7) AND THE SOUTH 26.6 FEET OF
LOT EIGHT (8). BLOCK TWO (2) , R. C. BUTLER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE
CITY
COUNCIL OF
LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section
1.
That
Lot Seven
(7) and
the South 26.6 Feet of
Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2), R. C. Butler's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 2423 South Pine Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, -ereby rezoned and reclassified, and the
same 41thereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the
terms of the Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit re-
classification and rezoning of said Lot Seven (7) and the South 26.6
Feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2), R. C. Butler's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C"
Two - Family District.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take•,effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
