ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 11 & 12, Block 13, Capitol
Hill Extension Addition to the City of Little Rock,
being 800 -808 Rice Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" Two- family District under the terms of the

Zoning Ordinance, No. 54201/ hereby reclassified and

District, so as to permit the erection of a building
material warehouse on the above described premises.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420, and the zoning
map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification aid rezoning of
said Lots 11 & 12, Block 13, Capitol Hill Extension
Addition to the City of Little Rock, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as in the "J" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
