AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TEN AND EAST
93 1/3 FEET OF LOTS 7, 8 and 9, BLOCK 198,
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMMNSAS, AND
AMDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AND FUR OTHER
X== PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 10, and the East 93 1/3 feet of Lots 72
8 and 9, Block 198, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being known
as the Northwest Corner of Thirteenth and Spring Streets, heretofore
classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District, is hereby re -zoned and
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said zoning ordinance and said Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance #5420 and the zoning map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, whereby admended to permit the re-
classificati nand re- zoningf�f said Lot 10, and the East 93 113 feet of
Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 1982 Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
known as the Northwest Corner of Thirteenth and Spring Streets, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
