AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 0NE(1), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED AND
F0URTEEN0141 CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS; A�MIDING ORDINANCE
#5420 AND FOR OTTER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED DY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE .ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1 — That Lot One (1) Block Three Hundred and Fourteen
(314) City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1223 -1225 West
Fifteenth (15th) Street, heretofore classified and zoned as ►rC►►
District, un er the terms of Zoning Ordinance #5420, is hereby
rezoned andassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
'IF" District under the terms of said zoning ordinance, and yard
space requirements are hereby waived.
Section 2 — That Ordinance W542O and zoning map1hereto attachkd
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclass-
ification and rezoning of said Lot One (1), Block Three Hundred
and Fourteen (314) City of Little Rock, Arkansas as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and class-
ified as being in the "F►► District and yard space requirements
are hereby waived.
Section 3 — That the ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
