AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS SEM (7), EIGHT (8), AND NINE (9),
BLACK FIFT f M (15)9 r,iARSHALL AND 14OLFE� S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, APKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER
PURPO SES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Lots Seven (7)9 Eight (8), and Nine (9),
Block Fifteen (15), 1- larshall and S,lolfe's Addition to the City of
Little Rock., Arkansas, being No. 1016 -20 -24 Summit Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as 'to" two — family District, under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same 0- hereby declared to be in IfI n Light
Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map thereto
attached and made a partJt'Fiereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots Seven (7), Eight (8)9
and Nine (9), Block Fifteen (15)1, 111arshall anLj Uolfet s Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the nIa light Industrial District.
Section 3. That this ordinance will take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
