AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 5 & 6, BLOCK 2$, INDUSTRIAL ADDI-
TION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Twenty-
eight (28), Industrial Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence Dis-
trict, being No. 3500 East Tenth Street, under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, `hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same #�k hereby declared to be in "F'f Commercial District under
the terms of said zoning Ordinance, and waiver of yard space re-
quirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Five (5) and
Six (6), Block Twenty -eight (28), Industrial Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F"
Commercial District and with yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
