AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE COURT REPORTER OF
THE LITTLW ROCK i UNICIPAL COURT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Effective the 15th day of September, 1947, the
salary of the Court Reporter of the Little Rock Municipal Court
shall be Seventy -Five Dollars ($75.00) per month.
SECTION 2. The person occupying such position shall be
paid from such funds and in a like manner as are other employees
of the Little Rock Municipal Court.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect as of September 15, 1947.
