AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED EIGHTY -THREE DOLLARS AT %'D T`1ENTY -FIVE CENTS FOR
ENGINEERIT G : ERVICES RENDERED TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, D. A. IvlacCrea, Kenneth W. Lefever, L. A. Henry_, and
Max A. Mehlburger, consulting engineers of the City of Little hock
were retained by the City of Little Rock to conduct a survey con-
cerning the street restoration and maintenance in connection with
the Capital Transportation Company's conversion program, and
WHEREAS, that services were duly performed by the above named
engineers, and that the City has received the benefits of the ser-
vices of such persons,
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THTT CITY COUNCIL OF TF' CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of One Thousand
Four Hundred Eighty -Three Dollars and Twenty -Five Cents ($1,483.25)
from the General Fund of the City of Little Rock for the payment to
D. A. MacCrea, Kenneth W. Lefever, L. A. Henry, and Max A. Mehlburger
for the services which they have performed on behalf of the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the necessary instruments to carry out the terms
and provisions of tris ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
