SECTIOT? 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons
to park rotor vehicles, loiter, assemble, conrre� -ate, or collect
in any closed drive -in establishrlent, or to loiter, asseffole,
conlureFate, or collect upon the streets A miP_ the City of Little
Rock between the hours of twelve (12) otclock midni.�rht and
six (6) o'clock A. IT.
SECTION.2. Such person or persons violating, the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance, upon conviction thereof, shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less
than Fifteen Dollars 01'15.00) nor more than One hundred Dollars
($100.00).
SECTION 3. All crdinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passable and approval.
