AN 4RKNAMB MIFYING ' THE WEST FIFTY FEET
OF LOTS It 2 and 3 IN BLACK 327, ORIGnUL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMMING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTIZ ROCK, A LIMAS :
Section 1. That the west fifty (50) feet of Lots One,
f1), Two (E) and Three (3), in block Three Hundred and
twenty -seven (327), Original City of Little Book, Arkansas,
heretofore classified and zoned as Two Family "C" under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified, and the same is hereby deelared to be in
Commercial "F" district under the terms of the Zoning
Ordinance, and a pemit is hereby granted to L. B. Foster
to construct and operate an automobile repair garage at and
upon said property.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
thereto attaohed and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit reclassification and rezoning of said
west fifty (50) feet of Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three
(3), in Block Three Hundred and Twenty -seven (E2?),
-Original City of: Little Roo-k, Arkansas,. ai outlined `in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in Commeroiel "F" District.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall takb effect and be
In force from and after its passage.
