AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE AND TWO (Z & 2
BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY SEVEN (427), DUVALLIS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION (1). Lots One and Two (1 & 2) BLOCK FOUR
HUNDRED AND TWENTY SEVEN (427), Duvall's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 115 West 20th Street;
heretofore classified and zoned as " C " Two Family District,
under the terms of zoning Ordinance No.5420, is hereby rezoniism e'
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in " D "
Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION (2). That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part therof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots One and
Two (1 & 2), Block Four Hundred and Twenty Seven (427), Duvall's
Addition to the City of Little Kock, Arkansas, as outlined in
section 1 hereof, said Property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the " D " Apartment Distrldt.
SECTION (3). That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
