AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND SELL CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertize for bids and sell
old "merchants building" in Fair Park, in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
