AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT FOUR (4) BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED
TWENTY SEVEN (427), DUVALL ADDITION TO THr CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; A__mT—NDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
Be It Ordained by the City Council of Little Rockg Arkansas:
Section Ir Lot Four (4) Block Four Hundred Twenty Seven (4P7),
Duvall's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, beinj? ?015
Louisiana Street; heretofore classified and zoned as C Two Family
District under the *erms of Zoning Ordir_a_nce No. 54P0, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified,and the same is hereby declared to be MT 15 "
Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinancse#
Section 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lot Four (4), Block Four Euny
dred Twenty Seven (427), Duvall's Addition to the City of Little
Rock Arhansas, as outlined in 2ection One hereof, Said property
to be hereafter known and classified in the " D " Apartment Distriet.
Section 3,, That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage„
