4 TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
5 CONTRACT WITH REDSTONE CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC., IN
6 THE AMOUNT OF $88,583.00, FOR THE 44TH AT POTTER STREETS
7 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the 44th at Potter Streets Drainage Improvement, Bid No. 12-
295; and,
WHEREAS, Redstone Construction Group, Inc., was the lowest responsive, responsible bid meeting
specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Redstone
Construction Group, Inc., for the 44th at Potter Streets Drainage Improvements, Bid No. 12 -295 in the
amount of Eighty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars ($88,583.00), being Eighty
Thousand, Five Hundred Thirty Dollars ($80,530.00) plus 10% contingencies.
Section 2. Funding for this project is available from the 2012 % -Cent Capital Sales Tax Project
Funds.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
resolution.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
Section 5. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
