BF IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TB_F CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of Section 1 (A) of Ordinance
No. 7444, reading as follows:
"Dry cleaning and pressing establisrments restrict-
ing their services to dry cleaning or pressing,
X50.00 per year or 4315.00 per press, whichever
ar.ount is greater."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Dry cleaning and pressing establishments restrictine
their services to dry cleaning or pressing, $15.00
per press ".
SECTION 2. It is the intention of this ordinance to
amend only so much of Section 1 (A) of Ordinance No. 7444 as
is applicable to the placing of a privilege tax on the bus-
iness of dry cleaning, and pressing establishments.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
