AN ORIINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE ':'VEST 45 FEET OF LOTS 20 and 21,
BLOCK 79 WEIL'S ADDITION TO TBE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE I1 ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West 45 feet of Lots 20 and 21,
Block 7, Weil's Addition to the City of Little Rock, .Arkansas,
being approximately 2718 East 6th Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the terms of the
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District
under the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification ard rezoning of the said West 45 feet
of Lots 20 and 21, Block 7, Weil's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and. classified as being in the "F"
Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
