AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TWENTY (20),
BLOCK TWENTY (20), GRANITE PARK ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMMIMG
ORDINANCE NO. 51420 AS AM MED AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
COUNCIL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY/OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Twenty (20), Block Twenty (20), Granite
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, No. 11422 East 38th
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B't Reside s District,
under the termsof Zoning Ordinance No. 51420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in 'IF" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and waiver of yard
space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot Twenty (20), Block Twenty
(20), Granite Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "F't Commercial District and with yard space re-
quirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
