AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TWELVE (12)� IN BLOCK
FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (425), DUVALL'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO.5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COVNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.-ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Twelve (12), Block Four
RuAdred Twenty-five (425), DuVall's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and
zoned an "DO, Apartment District, under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No-5420, is hereby rezoned and reclas-
sifiod, and the some is hereby declared to be in OI"o
Light Industrial District, under the terms of the said
Zoning Ordinance, and yard space requirements on the
said property are hereby waived under the terms of
the said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No,5420 and the
Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof,
are hereby ame . nded to permit the reclassification and
resoning of said Lot Twelve (12), Block Four Hundred
Twenty-five (425), of DuVall's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and clas-
sified as being in the *I*, Light Industrial District,
and the yard space requirements for said property are
hereafter waived.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take
effect and be in full.force frdx�Afid after its passage.
