AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 7444 ESTABLISH-
ING AN AHNUAL PRIVILEGE LICENSE TAX, Ai-D 'OR OTHHR
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED 7Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF TER CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION l.. That part of Section 1 (a) of Ordinance
No. 7444 reading as follows:
N-Drive -Em cars and trucks, similar to Hertz System, each
car or truck unit ......... ........................$30.00"
is hereby amended to read:
"U- Drive -Em cars and trucks, similar to Hertz System, each
car or truck unit ......... .......................$20.00 ".
Provided, however that a maximum tax is hereby fixed
at $250.00.
SECTIOU 2. That part of Section 1 (a) of Ordinance
No. 7444 reading as follows:
"Photographers............. ...
Each solicitor additional,per day........... 10.00"
is hereby amended to read:
" Photographers ........... ........................$60.00
That photographers w ho engage solicitors within the
City shall pay an additional tax of $150.00 per Near."
SECTION 3. That that part of Section 1 (a) of Ordin-
ance No. 7444 reading as follows:
"Manufacturers - all types of manufacturers not otherwise
licensed, employing less than ten persons ...... ......50.00
Employing 10 or more persons . ............�......,�.,.�,1500%
is hereby amended to read:
"Manufacturers, all types of manufacturers not otherwise
licensed, Employing less than 5 persons..........$ 25.00
Employing more than 5 and less than
10 persons, ....... ..... 50.00
Employing ten or more persons.......... 150.00"
SECTION 4. All ordinances and/or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effec fr and after its passage
