AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $500.00
TO BE PAID TO THE AMERICAN -LA FRANCE- FOAMITE
CORPORATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to be paid to the American -
La.France-Foamite Corporation for pa;,Tment of a past -due
account, and the proper cit'�,T officials are hereby author-
ized to execute the necessary instruments in connection
herewith.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect frox,11 and after its pass-
ape and approval.
