BE IT ORDAINED BY TH;•' CITY COUNCIL OF ' hF, CITY OF LITTLi
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Road
and /or Automobile Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum
of $1,562.70 to be paid to the Capital Transportation
Company as the City of Little Rock's share of expense for
concrete pavement of Kavanaugh Boulevard, and the proper
city officials are hereby aut'_lorized to execute the nec-
essary instruments in connection herewith.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby- repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
pa. s ar^e and appro- .-al.
