AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $250585.00 FOR PAYMENT OF
CERTAIN FIRE EQUIPMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $25,585.00 to pay
for certain fire equipment purchased by the Board of Public
Affairs under the authority of Ordinance No. 7440 passed
October 27, 1947, and the:-propet,;city officials are directed
to execute the necessary instruments to carry out the terms
of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
