AN CHDMNCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No..4866, TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF AN ALL METAL BUILDING AT 2200 EAST 7th STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
OF MORE TMNN 6000 SQUARE MW AREA WI EWT FU0MLL; . AND FOR OT13ER PIRPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Wrape Stave Company owns property located at 2200
East 7th Street in the City of Little Rook, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described
and more partioulsrly %as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, block 2, Clinton Park Addition to the
City of Little Rook, Arkansasq
and in order properly to utilise said property is required to construct
a building of ordinary or all metal construction for building and storage
purposes exceeding 6000 square feet without a firewall.
Section 2, That said property is located outside a congested area
of the city. Its o mstruction will not create a hazardous condition since
an automatic sprinkler system will be installed throughout.
Section 3. That Article 40 Section 34, Paragraph 7 of Ordinance
No.-4866 be and it is hereby amended for the purpose only of permitting
the owner of the above described property to construct an ordinary
building of all metal construction building for business and storage
purposes as above described exceeding 6000 square feet in area without
the necessity of a fire wall. That the city engineer of the city of
Little Rook, Arkansas, be and he is hereby authorised and directed to
issue a permit authorizing its construction.
Section 4. That this ordinance ghali take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
