AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6607 PASSED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, JANUARY 3, 1944.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 6607 passed January 3,
1944 authorizing and directing the mayor and city clerk to enter
into an agreement and contract with the Arkansas Valley Compress
and Warehouse Company pertaining to certain lands located at the
Rook
Little /Municipal Airport, is hereby rep®aled in its entirety.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and unless the provisions
of this ordinance are placed into effect immediately the health
and safety of the citizens will be adversely affected, an emer-
gency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
