AN ORDINANCE PLACING A LIMITATION UPON THE TIME VEHICLES MAY
BE PARKED ON SPRING STREET, BETWEEN 9th AND 10th STREETS, AND
ON 10th STREET BETWEEN CENTER AND BROADWAY STREETS, PROVIDING
A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AREA NSAS
SECTION 1. From and after effective date of this
ordinance, it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle of any de-
scription on Spring Street between 9th and 10th Streets, or
on 10th Street, between Center and Broadway Streets, for a
period of longer than one hour between the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 6:00 P.M.
SECTION 2. Provisions of this ordinance shall not
be applicable on legal holidays or Sundays.
SECTION 3. Any person violating the provisions of
this
ordinance
shall
be fined.a
sum not
less than $1.00, nor
more
than $5.00
upon
conviction
of such
an offense.
