AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF
SECTION 1 A OF ORMANCE NO. 7444 PERTAINING TD FROZEN FOOD
LOCKERS AND PUBLIC WAREHOUSES: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section I. That part of Section 1 A_of Ordinance No.
7444 reading as follows:
"Frozen Food Lockers - First 300 lockers 50.00
Each additional 100 lockers 10.00 ""
is hereby amended to read:
Frozen Food Lockers, per locker

Section 2. That part of Section 1 A of Ordinance No.
7444 reading as follows:
"Warehouse Keepers - Public

is hereby amended to read:
Warehouses, Dry Storage, Dry storage
space rented, and storage of all kinds,

Section 3. The city collector of the city
of Little Rock
is hereby authorised and directed to make the proper adjustments
to any person, firm or corporation whose tax has been paid in order
to make such tax paid conform to the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
fliet herewith are hereby repealed; and in order to protect the
health and safety of the citizens of the city of Little Rook an
emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
