AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SU1,41 OF TdO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($250.00) TO PAY THE SERVICE FEES FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AR KANSAS, TO THE UNITED STATES CONFERENCE OF MAYORS, FOR THE YEAR
1948.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($250.00) for the payment of service fees of the City of
Little Rock to the United States Conference of Mayors, from
January 1, 1948, to December 31, 194$•
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby directed to
take the necessary steps and execute such instruments as may be
necessary to accomplish the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
