AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE USE OF THE
VARIOUS CITY DEPARrE,�ENTS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to accept bids and purchase the following items
for the use of various City Departments:
1 Lea Hickok Tube Checker, for the use of the Police
Radio Department, cost not to exceed A124-00
1 legal locked cabinet, 1 desk, 1 executive chair,
for the use of the Fire Department, cost not to exceed 120.00
1 Differential'Assembly, complete, for Mack Truck,
for use of the Fire Department, cost not to exceed
1 40 gallon hot -water heater, for use of the
Golf Course, cost not to exceed
250.00

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
