AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF SECTION 1+A OF
ORDINANCE # 7444 PERTAINING TO THE PRIVILEGE TAX
OF ENGAGING IN THE BUSINESS OF CARRYING PASSENGERS
FOR HIRE BY AIRPLANE, AIRPLANE SALES, AIRPLANE RADIO
REPAIRS, AIRPLANE SALES AND SERVICE; DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That part of Section lA of Ordinance # 7444
which reads as follows:
Airplanes Carrying Passengers for Hire
Airplane Agencies
Airplane Repair Shops
is hereby amended to read:
Airplane Sales, Service and Flying for Hire
Airplane Radio Repairs only
Airplane Radio Sales and Service enly

Section 2. The city Collector of the city of Little
Rock is hereby authorized and directed to make the proper ad-
justments to any person, firm or corporation whose tax has been
paid in order to make such tax paid conform to the provisions of
this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed; and unless the provisions
of this ordinance are placed in effect immediately, the public
peace, health and safety of citizens of the City of Little Rock
shall be adversely affected, therefore, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
