AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 16, BLOCK 2, MASONIC
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420= AID FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 10, Block 2, Masonic Addition to the City
of Little Rock, being 823 Barber Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned
as "C" Two- family District under the terms -of Zoning Ordinance Rio. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the some is hereby declared to
be in "D" Apartment - District under the terns of the said Zoning Ordinance*
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap thereto
attached and made a -part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and - rezoning of the said Lot 18, Block 2, Masonic
Addition to thw City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "D" Apartment District*
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
frost and after its passage,
