AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF A TRAILER
WITHOUT THE TRACTOR OR TOWING VEHICLE ATTACHED THERE-
TO ON ANY STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PRO-
VIDING .A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the passage and approval of
this ordinance it shall be unlawful to park any house trailer
or cargo trailer without the tractor or towing vehicle attach-
ed thereto on any street in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful to park any truck or
trailer of over 12 ton rated capacity upon any street of the
City of Little Rock for a period of time longer than 30 minutes
between the hours of 12 Midnight and 6 A.M. of any day.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm, or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in the Little Rock
Municipal Court shall be fined any sum not less than $5.00,
nor more than $25.00.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed; unless the provisions
of this ordinance are put into effect immediately, the public
peace, health and safety will be adversely affected, therefore
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
