AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
SIXTY DOLLARS ($260.00) FOR THE REPAIR OF CAR FOR
THE USE OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Two Hun-
dred Sixty Dollars ($260.00) for the repair of a car for
the use of the Police Department.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby direct-
ed to take such steps and execute such instruments as may be
necessary to accomplish the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
