AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC USE INTTHE ACCEPT
STREETBIDS
CLEANIING EPURCHASE
RODS FOR
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authoriz-
ed and requested to advertise for, accept bids, and purchase
c >p 400 feet of sewer rod not to exceed $500.00 for use in the
Street Cleaning Department.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
