AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ACCEPT BIDS ND PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE
USE OF VARIOUS CITY DEPARTMENTS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to accept bids and purchase the
following items for the use of the various City Depart-
ments:
2 Police Dockets for the use of the Police
Department, Criminal DiviKsion, cost not to
exceed
89.10
375 Requisition Books, containing 50
quadriplicate sets Requisitions to book,
for use of the Purchasing Department, cost
not to exeeed 1$0.00
300 pounds soluble, concentrated green .
soap for use of the City Hall, cost not
to exceed 70.00
100,000 sheets of mimeograph paper, for
use of the Purchasing Department, cost
not to exeeed 210.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
