AN ORDINANCE AU'T'HORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO SUBMIT A BID TO THE RECONSTRUC-
TION FINANCE CORPORATION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK TO PURCHASE A MULTIGRAPH MACHINE AND
CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to submit a bid to the Reconstruction
Finance Corporation at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on behalf of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on a multigraph machine
#1250 and certain miscellaneous equipment to operate the said
machine, to be sold by said corporation to the highest bidder.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
