AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST 100 FRET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 20,
MARSHALL AND WOLFS'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARIANSAS
AMRNDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AM1DED s AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT/ BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; QUJ)�
SECTION 1. That the East 100 feet of Lot 9, Block 20,
Yltrshall and Wolfe Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as 1114 Wolfe Street heretofore
olassed and zoned as "C" Two - Family district under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance Number 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "E" Apartment District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning map thereto
attached and made a partthereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reolAssifioation and rezoning of the East 100 feet of Lot 9, Block
20, Marshall and Wolfe iidition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas
as outlined in section 1 hereof; Said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in " E " Apartment district.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
