MDINANCE NO. _ 7562_
AN ORDINANCE RECUSSIFYING LOT 1, BLOCK lit,, GARLAND ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS% AMENDING ORDIWCE NO. 5420% AND FCR OThER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAN USs
SECTION 1. That Lot 1, Block 13 , Garland Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 401 Bender Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "C" Two- family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Coimereial District under the terms of the said
Zoning Ordinance* and waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Rap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lot 1, Block 13, Garland Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in -Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F"
Coiamrcial Districts and with yard space requirements waived as provided herdin.
SECTICN 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
