U; ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT ONi (1), BLOCK FIVE (5), GIZNDUA
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE
10. 5420 AS ADDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTICH 1. That Lot One (1), Block Five (5), Glendale Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 224 Rose Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" One - family District, under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the some
is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - family District under the terms
of the said Zoning Urdinanoe.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot One (1), Block Five (5),
Glendale Addition to the Gity of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C" Twofamily District.
SECTION 3. that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
frcm and after its passage.
